Turkey Meatballs

1lb ground turkey
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
pinch of oregano
1 egg
1/2 tsp minced garlic

Mix together. Create 1 inch balls. Place in a pan on the stove over medium heat and place a bowl over them to steam. Add a few tbsp of water and turn meat balls over regularly until completely browned. Makes 20-30 meatballs. These are great on spaghetti, plain, even in soups.

Fresh Pico De Gallo 


1c diced tomatoes
1/4c chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1/4c diced fresh green chili
1tbsp chopped green onion
1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
Pinch of black pepper
When dicing tomatoes make sure you clean out the seeds and juice. Pico de gallo is not supposed to be juicy. This is really yummy and super healthy. I use it in burritos, with corn chips, or just with any type of Mexican food.





Golden Tomato Bruschetta 

2 cups diced grape yellow/golden tomatoes
1/3-1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp crushed fresh or dried basil
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
1/4 tsp fresh or dried rosemary
Dash of Oregano

Combine all ingredients. Chill and serve with 100% whole grain crackers.
