Chicken Sausage and Rosemary Black Truffle Potatoes (Entree)


Chicken Sausage and Rosemary Black Truffle Potatoes


1 tsp black truffle olive oil
4 red potatoes
1-2 Chicken Sausage links (I get mine from costco all-natural)
-Seasoning add to taste-
Sage
Rosemary
Himalayan Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic
Put in a pot (oil goes on the potatoes) and bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins or until potatoes are tender. 2 servings and great side dish!
