Honey Caramel Sauce dessert


Honey Caramel Sauce



1/2 c of honey (light tasting organic)
1/4 c of pure maple sugar 
1 tsp of Earth's balance spread
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of Himalayan Salt

Combine and bring ingredients to boil in a sauce pan. Use a candy thermometer and have ingredients reach 270 degrees. Constantly stir to keep it from burning. Allow to cool to thicken. Drizzle over the top of dessert.
